Welcome to The Shadow Self. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms & Purchases

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We process payments securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if pricing errors occur.

2. Physical Products (Jewellery & Oracle Cards)

• Not Toys: Our physical jewellery items are intended for adult use and wear. They are not toys and contain small parts (crystals, chains, beads) that could pose a choking hazard. Please keep them safely out of reach of young children and infants.
• Handcrafted Nature: Our physical jewellery is handcrafted. Natural crystals, stones, and resin pieces will vary slightly in colour, shape, and texture from the product photos. These variations are a hallmark of handmade, natural items and are not considered defects.
• Oracle Card Decks: Physical decks (including The Journey Within and Note to Self) are sealed. Once the protective wrapping is broken, they cannot be returned unless the product is physically defective.
• Shipping: We currently ship within the UK. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on lost or damaged parcels during our outbound transit.

3. Memorial & Ash Keepsakes

Creating your sacred memorial keepsakes is an honour we treat with the highest respect. By ordering a memorial piece, you agree to the following:

• Sending Ashes: You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the ashes to us via a tracked postal service. We are not liable for any ashes lost or delayed in transit *before* they reach our studio.
• Respectful Handling: We guarantee that all remains will be handled with dignity. Any unused ashes will be carefully packaged and returned to you alongside your finished piece.
• Custom Nature: Because these items are uniquely created using your loved one's ashes, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned once the crafting process has begun.

4. Digital Products & Courses

• Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and accessible nature of our digital products (including ebooks, journals, and video courses), all digital sales are final and strictly non-refundable.
• Intellectual Property: When you purchase a course or digital download, you are purchasing a single-user license. You may not share your login credentials, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the course materials, videos, or PDFs. All content remains the copyrighted intellectual property of The Shadow Self.

5. Spiritual & Psychic Services

• Entertainment Purposes: All psychic courses, oracle readings, and spiritual services provided by The Shadow Self are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only.
• Not Professional Advice: These services do not replace, nor are they intended to substitute, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not accept liability for any decisions or actions you take based on the spiritual insights provided.
