Meditation & Mantras to help you reinforce your enoughness for inner peace. The meditation session consists of going within and loving the amazing child in you without re-living the trauma. We do not visit the past to recreate trauma within, we release it and let it go. I AM Here to Empower You. To help you remember you can do this.
